Guard Rail With Wall Rail Attachment

This Guard rail and hand rail was installed to comply with housing code and allow for entry into the basement while keeping the cost down. Guard rails are required to have pickets to keep children from falling through, but we can usually work with homeowners to make the price cheaper for the hand rails down the stairs. We also made the rail to work around the wall light.
